By accessing or using NeuKaps ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NeuKaps provides an AI-powered platform designed to:

• Convert PDF resumes into structured data formats (CSV, Excel).
• Scan Gmail inboxes specifically for resume-related attachments (Premium feature).
• Facilitate the management and export of candidate information for recruitment purposes.

3. User Accounts & Google Integration

To use many features of the Service, you must register for an account, typically via Google OAuth.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• When you connect your Google account, you grant us permission to access specific data (as outlined in our Privacy Policy) to perform the requested services.
• Gmail scanning and sending features are sensitive operations and require explicit user consent and a Premium subscription.
• Account Deletion: You may request to delete your account data at any time via the "My Profile" section. This action will remove all Google and third-party access tokens and revoke our permissions.
• Credit Preservation: Upon account data deletion, we retain your email address and associated credit balance to ensure you can re-register and access your remaining credits in the future.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to upload any content that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Attempts to reverse engineer or scrape the Service's underlying AI models.
• Violates the privacy of candidates whose resumes you process without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

NeuKaps and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in AI data extraction and recommend users verify important data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
