2. Information We Collect

To provide our AI-powered resume processing and Gmail management services, we collection certain information:

Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture provided via Google OAuth. This is collected for all registered users.
Gmail Data (Premium Feature): If you grant permission, we access your Gmail messages to identify resume-related attachments and provide inbox scanning services. This is an optional feature for Premium users.

3. Google API Data Usage

Our application uses Google APIs to provide core features. We strictly adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy.

Limited Use Disclosure: NeuKaps' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere toGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sensitive Scopes: We use gmail.readonly to scan for resume attachments and gmail.send to allow you to send resumes directly from our platform. Note: These features are exclusively available to Premium users.
Standard Authentication: All users (including Free tier) can use Google OAuth for standard account authentication and profile access without granting Gmail permissions.
Data Storage: We do not store the content of your emails on our servers. Processing occurs in real-time memory to identify resumes.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to:

Convert PDF resumes into structured CSV/Excel formats.
Help you find job application emails in your inbox.
Manage your subscription and premium credits.

5. Data Disclosure & Sharing

We do not share, transfer, or disclose your Google user data to any third parties.

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data with any third-party companies or services for marketing, advertising, or profiling.
No External Transfers: Your Google API data is used solely within our application environment to provide the services you have requested.
Legal Requirements: We will only disclose your information if required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your access tokens and processed data. All connections are encrypted via SSL, and access tokens are stored securely.

7. Data Deletion & Retention

You have the right to control your data. In the "My Profile" section, you can initiate an account data deletion:

All third-party access tokens and identifiers (Google, Microsoft, etc.) are immediately removed from our active database.
Any granted Gmail or other sensitive permissions are revoked for our platform.
Protected Retention: We intentionally retain your email address and credit balance. This allows you to log back in at any time and resume using your previously purchased or earned credits without loss.
